PPAI stands ready to assist members who are affected by Hurricane Irma. PPAI sends out a heartfelt message of support, and as always, we are here to help members manage the impact of the storm on their businesses.

The information you provide on your business's status or alternative ways for customers to contact the company or check orders during or after the storm will be communicated to industry members in PPB Newslink and through a continuously updated list on the PPAI website. PPAI asks for the industry's help in the following areas:
• Identifying affected members and their needs.
• Contacting members in the affected area to identify specific needs.
• Affected members are encouraged to contact PPAI at MyPPAI@ppai.org or 888.I.AM.PPAI, extension 3280 for assistance with specific needs to re-start their business, to update their contact information or let PPAI know how they are doing.
PPAI and SAGE are granting payment extensions to impacted members in the affected regions. Membership and services will continue without interruption during this time, allowing members to not worry about paying for their membership and services right now or risking losing the critical business and research tools that they are going to need to rebuild their businesses. Members in the affected region who need additional time to pay for membership and subscription services simply need to contact their SAGE account executive at 800.925.7243 or their PPAI customer service representative at 888.I.AM.PPAI (426.7724) and request a payment deferral.
If we realize the devastating storm impact of Irma resulting in a federally declared disaster, PPAI, in conjunction with the Regional Association Council (RAC), is offering disaster relief to assist promotional products industry members seriously affected by the impact of hurricane Irma in the form of the Promotional Products Disaster Recovery Foundation (PPDRF) Business Recovery Fund. If you would like to support the fund, financial contributions should be directed to the Promotional Products Business Recovery Fund, care of PPAI RAC, 3125 Skyway Circle North, Irving, Texas 75038.
